Apply to become a Junior Leader today to gain valuable work experience while learning the responsibilities of a summer day camp counselor. Junior Leaders will be scheduled for volunteer hours in our Rec’ing Crew summer day camp programs from 6/15-8/8, where they will work alongside our current camp counselors. Junior Leaders volunteer for 2-4 days a week, between 6/16-8/7 for a morning, afternoon, or day shift. All Junior Leaders must attend the mandatory training dates in June.  Please remember this is a volunteer program with leadership training, not childcare. Some of our own amazing Recreation Leaders have come through this incredible program! Based on work performance, some volunteers may even be invited to assist on camp field trips. The fee includes a Junior Leader t-shirt.

Trainings: Sometime in the second week of June (Will be discussed at interview)
